Order pre-printed or personalized products or any other products from our shop, you can do the online payment (save money by selecting online payment options). After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order immediately and this process often takes 2 – 4 * business days.
This is the amount of time it takes your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at your local delivery carrier. It is estimated to take from another 5 – 10 * business days depending on your location and local delivery conditions.

If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email. And same will be available on your account dashboard
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office or at courier agent due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
NOTE: Package theft is on the rise — If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be!
