Reshipment/Refund request terms

During COVID 19, once the shipment is shipped, there is NO Return or Refund will be done. Replacement of Shoes/Apparels will not be possible as the same product can’t be sold to some other customer, due to the spread of infection. If you are not sure about the size then please delay your purchase or make sure you double check before placing the order. This precaution is for your and our safety. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All refund/reshipment/reprint request should be initiated with in 10 days of ordering the items. Please have a look at shipping policy to find more.

Wrong Product Purchased?

BadmintonDirect will not process Refunds/Returns/Replacement/Exchange/Cancellation for incorrect purchases, used products, broken tags, better prices available, not like the quality, ordered in mistake, customized the product as per own requirement, color change or change of mind.

Wrong Product Received?

If a wrong product is received due to BadmintonDirect mistake then that must be returned in an original condition as received in an unused condition with all seals/tags intact. And if the ordered product is not available in stock we will process the refunds in the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment.

Manufacturing mistakes?

You can avail branded products warranty from the product manufacturer, If the product has manufacturing mistakes (we double check everything before shipping for any manufacturing mistakes which is visible) and if it is damaged during usage then you need to contact the manufacturer of the product. BadmintonDirect can only guide the way to contact the manufacturer, we can’t process the replacement of the same.

Product missing or damage during shipping

In case the items are damaged during transit you have 24 hrs to inform us about the same and product must be in original condition, we can either send you a new item or give you a full refund(with photo proof and video proof of opening the packaging as soon as you receive the courier). Please follow the below steps.

Product Return terms

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags/barcode, labels, and invoices. If the original manufacturer packing/seal on the product is removed or tampered then we don’t consider the product is damaged in transit or shipped from our end. Please read the detailed return terms here.

Replacement on used products / Broken Tags will not be accepted in any case, and NO argument will be entertained. We consider Broken Tags means the product is used.

Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us in a re-saleable condition and your claim verified.

We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good. All Healthcare, Beauty, Muscle Supporters/Briefs products are non-returnable.

Strings are non-returnable – breaks during stringing, cut in the string, threads are stretched, as we never noticed such issues and mostly strings sold in company air-sealed pack, so no way to find out the genuineness of the claim.

If any racket string breaks in the “transit” due to any reason, then a refund for the paid amount of the string will be done in place of replacement of the full racket again. If pre-strung racket by company string breaks (which is rare) then a maximum of Rs.100 will be refunded to your BadmintonDirect wallet. There is no guarantee/warranty/refund of the strings after play. (handle wrapper removed from the racket considered as used or played).

You need to provide the video proof of opening the courier to claim the damage in transit claim.

Refund on an order will be done once, there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.

There can be 5-10% of color difference possible in the picture shown on website and received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be count under defective or any other issue.

If the requested replacement size between 36 to 44 is not available then the amount will be credited in the BadmintonDirect wallet after you ship the product to us in unused condition with tags intact (not broken).

No Size Replacement will be given for tracksuits and apparels less than size 38 and bigger than 44.

Bulk quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.

Any product purchased during a special sale time (either a few hrs sale or several days sale, offer price), such products not eligible for return/refund/replacement.

If Replacement/Store Credit is processed on an order then that can only be processed once per product purchase and not more than that.

If you are violating any of the mentioned policies, abusive or don’t respect them then we reserve the right to restrain and block the purchase account for any future purchase from us.

How to request for re-shipment or refund an Item

  1. Send an email to care@badmintondirect.store with subject line: Reshipment/Refund <order no>.
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue you are facing along with the photo proof.
  3. After verification we will either re-ship the product after we receive the return or a refund to your bank account.
  4. Refund process may take up to 3 to 7 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
