Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped (if that’s a prepaid order) from our end at a payment process charge will be deducted from the refund value. After the order has been shipped then we can’t cancel the order. In case of prepaid order if any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment including 2 sides courier charges + handling /packing charge will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time.

If order is customized like stringing or any other such service, they can’t be canceled in case of late delivery too, so if u need the order urgently or in express and can’t wait then please don’t request customized product.

BadmintonDirect may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including:

  1. Incorrect pricing or description of the product
  2. Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department.
  3. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address
  4. Available products not passed our internal Quality Check during the dispatch of the product.

A cancellation of your order is generally possible only before the order is ready to be shipped and before customization.

You have to raise a request to cancel the order. Our team will confirm whether we can help you cancel or not.

If you are booking an order on our website and your payment gets deducted but your order gets cancelled by any reason we will refund your money in 5-10 working days.

Some of badmintondirect.store products are customizable and printed on demand, and badmintondirect.store will not accept any returns of personalized or customized products in any circumstance.

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office or at courier agent due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

NOTE: Package theft is on the rise — If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be!

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order.

In case the package lost in transit we will ship it again free of cost, you can request reshipment with in 15 days of non shipment (after verification we will process your request). Please contact on care@badmintondirect.store or reach us at our customer care numbers.

COVID-19 – Important Notice:

We are fully operational and fulfilling most orders within our regular production time frames in India.

However, we are experiencing transit delays on some orders as shipping providers are currently dealing with very high volume. As such, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates at this time. If your order is delayed, please allow for some additional transit time.
